These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, the United States of America, and applicable federal law. Venue for arbitration or enforcement lies in Gillespie County, Texas.

All disputes shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration per the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class-action and jury waivers apply. CareplanRX™ and KAJA Prints™ resources are designed as educational resources for licensed professionals, patients, and caregivers. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed medical advice. 7. Purchases, Shipments & Returns

Risk of Loss: Transfers upon carrier delivery (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Returns: Physical goods may be returned per our Return Policy; digital goods are non-refundable unless required by law.
Title: Remains with Midline until full payment is received.

8. Affiliate Relationships & Compensation Disclosure

We participate in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates, medical supply partners, and future authorized resellers. We may earn commissions for qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. All recommendations are made in good faith and based on professional use, quality, and reliability.

9. Electronic Communications Policy

All disputes shall be arbitrated in Gillespie County, TX, under AAA Commercial Rules. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise ordered. Judgment may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction within Gillespie County, TX. No class arbitrations or representative actions are permitted.

16. Termination & Modification

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without notice. Material changes to Terms will be posted with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war, or government orders.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Midline regarding website use and supersede prior communications.
